When do the problems start? Under current Polish law, seeds are legal until they are planted. Cultivating cannabis is illegal and carries a penalty of up to 3 years’ imprisonment. It makes no difference whether the plants were grown for sale or for personal use. There is also a risk of consequences if the seeds are classified as ‘material for the production of narcotic drugs’. • Autoflowering cannabis seeds – these produce both male and female plants and therefore require careful selection in the early stages of development. Autoflowering cannabis seeds are chosen by those who wish to avoid the need for a specific light cycle. Their small size and independence from lighting make them ideal as outdoor cannabis seeds for growing outdoors. What’s more, autoflowering seeds are highly resistant to adverse conditions and pests. It is amongst autoflowering strains that you’ll find the fastest-growing cannabis seeds. However, it is important to bear in mind that autoflowering cannabis seeds produce slightly smaller yields with lower THC content. 
• Regular cannabis seeds – are descended from wild ancestors. They offer great genetic diversity, high resistance and strong, durable clones. • Male cannabis seeds – male plants do not produce the much sought-after, aromatic flowers. Their main purpose is to produce pollen, which enables the pollination of female plants. Male plants can be grown from both autoflowering and regular seeds.
• Female cannabis seeds – female plants are the preferred choice of most cannabis connoisseurs. If they are not pollinated beforehand, they produce dense buds rich in resin and terpenes. Feminised cannabis seeds guarantee that the plants will be female.

Indoor or outdoor – which seeds are best for beginners?
